Monsieur Pit Bull Rescue, Inc.(MPBR) a Nevada non-profit corporation was established to provide shelter and find new homes for unwanted, discarded and abused animals. Once an animal comes into our homes, he or she will remain as long as it takes to find that perfect home. Every dog/cat entering our Rescue group receives a complete medical check-up, vaccinations and any special medical attention the dog/cat might need. All our dogs/cats are spayed or neutered before placement. Every dog/cat also receives a microchip that is nationally registered. Potential adopters go through a careful screening process. No dog/cat leaves our care until we have made certain that he or she will be going into a loving, safe and permanent home.
MPBR depends upon public support to fund our programs and rely on donations to care for the pets. We do not have any paid staff and receive no federal, state or local funding. Donation make it possible to keep this rescue operation going. All donations to MPBR are used solely to pay the direct costs of the organization's animal care and placement.
